Growing up in a musical household Steve’s songs draw from his life experiences and the insights he’s gained from his many mentors. Not afraid to “go there” Steve songs can be intensely personal but with his quirky sense of humour always lurking on the background.  From his song “That’s Me” that explores the mysteries of life after death to his children’s song “Raised by Ducks” the breadth of his material can always surprise.
